Unlock the secrets of sock knitting in this comprehensive workshop designed for intermediate-level knitters. Join us as we delve into the art of crafting cozy, comfortable socks from scratch.

Throughout the session, you'll learn essential techniques for constructing socks, including using double-pointed needles and knitting in the round. This hands-on experience will guide you through the process of creating a pair of toddler socks, providing a solid foundation for future sock-knitting projects.

Please note that participants should have prior knowledge of basic knitting and purling. Let's embark on a journey to master the art of sock making together!


I started sewing, embroidering, and crocheting when I was about 10 years old. Started quilting when I moved to Grant County in 2001 and knitting shortly thereafter. I am in love with all arts and crafts and have taken several classes here at the Arts Center including painting, pottery, and felt applique. I love sharing what I have learned with others and am excited about being part of the Fiber Arts department.

PSCA cancellation policy: Teacher reserves the right to cancel if class size minimum is not reached. You will receive a full refund in this case or if the instructor needs to cancel for other reasons. 

If you need to cancel: Cancellations within a week of class start date will receive a 50% refund. After that a refund will not be issued. Our teachers and staff put a lot of work in to be ready for your class. If you need to cancel, please communicate with us as soon as possible.
