Painted Sky Center for the Arts (PSCA) is a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit in John Day, Oregon. Our mission is to advance arts education and entertainment, enhancing the quality of life, and promoting cultural development in Grant County. PSCA provides arts education and performances for youth and adults, in addition to offering classes in writing, painting, drawing, ceramics, leatherworking, youth theater, and after-school programming.

As we kick off the new year and I reflect on the year just past, I am filled with humble pride and much gratitude for the many people who helped make 2023 such a historic year for Painted Sky Center for the Arts.
I am thankful for the many volunteers who gave freely of their time and expertise, from helping to man the PSCA booths at local events, to helping clean up after our PSCA events and everything in between.
