About Painted Sky Center for the Arts
Painted Sky Center for the Arts (PSCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a vibrant, growing arts organization serving Grant County in Eastern Oregon. Our leadership team—including the Board of Directors, staff, department leads, private contractors, and volunteers—is united by a shared commitment to fostering an art-centered, equitable community that supports healthy living through creative expression.

Our Mission
To advance arts education and entertainment, enrich quality of life, and promote cultural development in Grant County. We offer diverse programming for youth and adults—including classes in  painting, drawing, ceramics, leatherworking, writing, youth theater, fiber arts, culture, movement and wellness, music, and languages.

Our Vision
PSCA envisions a dynamic, inclusive space where creativity thrives and community connections deepen. Our arts and cultural center will serve as a hub of artistic exploration and intercultural exchange—cultivating curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong engagement with the arts. Through partnerships and community participation, we aim to nurture a more vibrant, connected, and inspired region.
