Allison Field
Allison holds a degree in Natural Resources from Oregon State University and brings over four years of experience in economic and community development. As Development Director at Painted Sky Center for the Arts, she has successfully secured over $1 million in funding to support operations, capital improvements, staffing, and youth programs. Her key responsibilities include grant writing, fundraising, event planning, board policy development, and marketing. Allison is passionate about using her skills to help build a vibrant, accessible arts community in Eastern Oregon.
Amanda Moss
Amanda serves as the Programs Coordinator at Painted Sky Center for the Arts, where she oversees all marketing and social media efforts. She is also responsible for producing the quarterly class catalog and coordinating a full calendar of classes year-round. Amanda brings over 20 years of administrative experience, along with college coursework in design and photography. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, combining her creative background with a strong organizational skill set to support the success and visibility of Painted Sky’s programs.
Cat Bullock
Cat serves as the Administrative Coordinator at Painted Sky Center for the Arts, providing vital administrative and program support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. A Grant County native and graduate of Grant Union High School, Cat recently returned to the area after living in Boise, ID and Portland, OR. In 2018, they earned a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from the Honors College at Boise State University. Cat brings a strong background in organization, communication, and creative thinking to the art center team.
