Jenny Gregory
Originally from a small town in Ohio, Jenny brings a deep commitment to community, education, and the arts to her role as Executive Director of Painted Sky. With a background in library management and nonprofit leadership, she has spent over two decades creating inclusive, community-centered spaces that foster learning, creativity, and connection. She earned her degree in History from Ohio University and is passionate about grant writing, public engagement, and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. At Painted Sky, she is excited to help grow a vibrant, welcoming space where the arts can flourish and every community member feels inspired and supported. In her free time, Jenny enjoys outdoor activities, watching sports, reading, and spending time with her dogs.
Allison Field
Allison holds a degree in Natural Resources from Oregon State University and brings over four years of experience in economic and community development. As Development Director at Painted Sky Center for the Arts, she has successfully secured over $1 million in funding to support operations, capital improvements, staffing, and youth programs. Her key responsibilities include grant writing, fundraising, event planning, board policy development, and marketing. Allison is passionate about using her skills to help build a vibrant, accessible arts community in Eastern Oregon.
Rachelle Hinkle
Rachelle brings over 20 years of administrative and client service experience to her role as Executive Assistant at Painted Sky Center for the Arts. With a background in healthcare and community programming, she is known for her exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and welcoming approach to the public. Rachelle supports the daily operations of Painted Sky through scheduling, event coordination, social media, and administrative management, ensuring smooth communication across programs and staff. Passionate about arts accessibility and education, she combines her professional expertise with a genuine dedication to fostering creativity and connection within the Grant County community.
