Mask Making Workshop with

Gracen Bookmyer

Explore identity, storytelling, and creativity through mask-making in this hands-on workshop

led by Gracen. Using papier-mâché and mixed media techniques, participants will design

and construct a unique expressive mask. This workshop encourages reflection and artistic

exploration in a welcoming environment. All materials provided. Open to all skill levels. 

Registration deadline March 25th. Ages 55+

 

Gracen Bookmyer is the Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist with GOBHI (Greater Oregon Behavioral Health Inc). She is also an artist who focuses on mask-making and papier-mache sculpture that centers on what it means to get older. She holds a M.A. in Gerontology and believes that art and creativity are one of the foundations of a healthy community.
