"PiYo"

PiYo is a low-impact, high-energy blend of yoga and pilates through a fitness lens. We move to the beat of the music through sequences designed to improve our core stability, mobility/flexibility and bodyweight strength/endurance. All you need is a yoga mat and a desire to become 1% better than yesterday!

About your Instructor

Jenn Maus

Jenn Maus believes fitness should feel like something you get to do, not something you have to do: a place to build strength, confidence, and community along the way. With 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor, Jenn is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a Corrective Exercise Specialization and Nutrition Coaching Certification, and is currently completing the Girls Gone Strong Women's Coaching Specialist Certification. She spent five years as a Master Trainer for Beachbody, and has been featured in both instructor training and consumer fitness videos. As the founder of Turbo Fit Club, Jenn has led group fitness classes ranging from high-energy formats like cardio kickboxing (Turbo Kick, WARRIOR Combat) to more mindful practices like yoga fusion (PiYo, WARRIOR Rhythm), and she virtually coaches women through strength and habit-building programs designed to fit real life. Jenn currently lives in John Day with her husband, John, their daughter, Luna, and their two dogs, Noodle and Waffles. Her approach is rooted in a simple philosophy: fall in love with the process, not just the end result. Whether you're brand new to movement or have been at it for years, join Jenn for a class that leaves you feeling strong, capable, and glad you showed up.
