Cozy Sweater Mug
Come get cozy! Learn basic hand-building and mold-making skills to create your new favorite mug. On the first day of this two-part class you will build a one-of-a-kind sweater mug. Return the following week and bring your sweater mug to cozy completion with your favorite glaze color. Students will be able to take their mugs home shortly after New Year's.

About your teacher
After being introduced to pottery in high school, I pursued my interest in ceramic arts at Bennington College in Vermont, a school with a deep history in ceramic where I received my B.A. in ceramics. During that time, I also worked in a ceramics factory underglazing literally hundreds of pots a day! I also interned at the Capitol Children’s Museum in Washington D.C. and created a ceramic studio and program. I began teaching hand building and wheel thrown pottery at Painted Sky in 2022 and am continually inspired by the Art Center’s amazing community!
