About Your Instructor Stephanie Doster Brings creativity, care, and curiosity to everything she does. Living in Prairie City with her four-legged sidekick, Jasper, Stephanie has a long-standing passion for transforming unwanted or overlooked items into something fun, colorful, and useful. Tie-dye and upcycled fluid art projects are among her favorite ways to blend play, sustainability, and self-expression. Alongside her creative work, Stephanie has spent over 30 years as an Occupational Therapist and also provides health and wellness coaching. Her background gives her a thoughtful, inclusive approach to teaching, meeting people where they are and encouraging exploration without pressure. She has a strong interest in alternative and holistic treatment approaches, which naturally carries over into her art practice. When she’s not creating, you’ll likely find Stephanie gardening, hiking with Jasper, or heading out on an extended road trip to discover hot springs and other beautiful natural places. In her Fluid Art Upcycling class, Stephanie invites students to experiment, reuse, and enjoy the process leaving with original artwork and a renewed appreciation for creative possibilities. |
