Mosaic Stepping Stones
Add a piece of art to your garden with these vibrant mosaic stepping stones. This class is perfect for exploring how various colors and shapes of glass can transform a basic cement block into a stunning work of art.
Skills: Learn how to safely handle decorative glass and become familiar with all the tools and techniques necessary to make your own creations. This class is also a great introduction to our Stained-Glass Suncatcher class.
Day 1: Spend about 2 ½ hours assembling and applying your design.
Day 2: Learn grouting and sanding. This process requires drying time of approximately 30 minutes in between each step, with a total time commitment of 60-90 minutes.
Ages: 16+ (Minors must be accompanied by a registered parent/guardian)

Hi, I'm Kris Smith. I retired and moved to John Day in 2022 to be closer to my grandson. I've always loved crafting and exploring new mediums. I discovered stained glass in 2012 and was immediately captivated by the creative possibilities it offers in terms of color, texture, shapes, form, and light.
